Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving shipping-related issues. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@simplelivingessentials.net so we can work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us right away if there are any issues, including damage or incorrect items.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Submissions
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
SIMPLELIVING ESSENTIALS is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international shipments. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
